Kulas Crawford & Smith

Our goal is to offer you guidance on planning for your estate that sufficiently protects your assets and plans for the continued financial support of your loved ones. Our Port St. Lucie Estate Planning attorneys can devise an Estate Plan customized to meet your financial goals, and preserve your estate for future generations.

Whether you are young, a senior citizen, married, single, have children, or anything else, the legal reality is that everyone in the state of Florida needs to have an estate plan. Your estate is the collection of property and interests you leave behind should you become incapacitated or die. You have the legal right to make a number of decisions about how you want your estate handled. If you fail to make these decisions by not having a proper estate plan in place, you leave it up to others to make those decisions on your behalf.
